Just like our physical heart is essential for life, our spiritual heart is essential for living in FREEDOM. When our spiritual heart is healthy and free of shame and heart blockages (like pride, fear, unbelief, rejection, bitterness and trauma), we find it easier to connect with God and with people. Imagine the joy of living wholehearted and FREE!

This Memorial Day weekend, we remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our liberty. As free people, we continue the fight to free others and protect the freedoms that were purchased at such a great price. And we celebrate!

FREEDOM is an ongoing journey of walking with Jesus and following His example. When we incorporate rest, simplicity, and observing sabbath into our rhythm of life, we'll find greater peace and productivity. Is it countercultural and counterintuitive? Yes! But God's ways are higher and better than ours. As we embrace God's way of doing life, we'll find more fulfillment than ever before in our lives.
