Alyssa Truman would say her greatest accomplishment in life is being a wife and a mother to her three teenage daughters. Her faith has always been central in her life, but she will be the first to admit that it is not always easy. Therefore, she has tried to live out her faith in a transparent and vulnerable way, hoping that in doing so, it will allow others to wrestle through feelings that they otherwise might have been scared to acknowledge. She currently serves as the assistant director in the Communication department of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
