There is a mental health epidemic in our country. When Christmas comes, it only gets worse due to a lack of resources, the passing of family members, and the stress of the holidays in general. How do we live as apprentices of Jesus with how we trust in Him through our potential mental health struggles, and the very real struggles of those we may be in a relationship with?
