Cost: $10 About our speakers: Jerry Dyer has served the Fresno Police Department for 40 years, holding the office of Police Chief from 2001-19. He is currently running for Mayor. Jerry has been married to his wife Diane for 39 years and has two children, four grandchildren and another on the way. Jim Franklin is the Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Church in downtown Fresno. Originally from Oklahoma, he has served the Fresno community for over 20 years. He has founded a number of ministries such as Feeding Fresno and is the host of a conservative radio talk show.
