2019 is upon us and we have been given another opportunity to grow in Christ. We tend to fall into ruts and before you know it, time has gone by and we haven't really made any progress in the gospel. Intentionality is necessary for growth personally and spiritually. Solomon said, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life." (Proverbs 4:23) It's never too late. C.S. Lewis said, "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending."

Let's change our direction and make an impact for Christ and his kingdom.

The coming of the Lord has never been more attractive especially with all that is going on in the world. The time to welcome him is now and not when he returns for then it will be too late. "Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation." (2 Corinthians 6:2)

Have you ever done a home remodeling project? It requires more than just a trip to Home Depot. You have to develop a plan, expend resources, gather materials, and then expend the effort. The same is true of remodeling our lives for Christ. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind." (Romans 12:2)
