Peter tells us to be ready to give anyone an answer for the reason of hope that we have within us. (1 Peter 3:15). Beloved, I believe that our faith can stand up to scrutiny. Many have sought to disprove the gospels only to come to the conclusion that they are true and Christ is the Savior. I am convinced that honest doubts will always be answered and like Thomas, they will bow to the Savior and say, "My Lord and My God!" (John 20:28)

A lot of people lose their temper quickly these days - a mistake on the highway, an unintended slight in the store, etc. Solomon said, "A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise person holds it in check." (Proverbs 29:11). The Holy Spirit empowers us to hold back and not lose our heads. Lord help us lower the emotional temperature around us!
