Testimonies are a powerful tool in communicating the gospel. We see the power of this in commercial advertising. Jesus told the demoniac at Gadara, "Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you." (Mark 5:19) He went back to his family and told everyone what God did for him. We can do the same - share your story of all that God has done for you! Pastor Ken

A lot of people lose their temper quickly these days - a mistake on the highway, an unintended slight in the store, etc. Solomon said, "A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise person holds it in check." (Proverbs 29:11). The Holy Spirit empowers us to hold back and not lose our heads. Lord help us lower the emotional temperature around us!
