Luke 21:5-19

Sunday Morning Third Service

November 24, 2019

"It’s necessary then that we understand that Jesus deals with Israel’s future as it relates to the great tribulation—the time the OT refers to as the time of Jacob’s trouble. It is the final 7-year period of history where God once again returns to dealing with the nation of Israel after the church has been taken away to be with Him. We at CC believe (the Bible teaches) that the rapture of the church is imminent (could happen any moment) and that event will usher in the 7-year tribulation. At the end of the 7 years, Jesus returns (with us) to establish His kingdom here on earth… Through v19, (today’s focus) He deals with the first half of the great tribulation."

"Our worship and praise goes only to God but our love and respect, even our gratitude, goes out to God for all the wonderful heroes of our faith! Mary is an example to all of us of Godliness and faithfulness. I hope to make that clear as we proceed."

"Please hear this--too many of us are afraid of believing that God wants to do great things for us/in us/through us! Too many of us look at our circumstances and conclude that God is not working/won't work in/through us. Too many of us are sad, depressed Christians missing out on God's best for us! Everything God has for us must be/can only be received by faith! By believing God!"
