Tom has experience as a church planter, founding senior pastor, neighborhood pastor, executive pastor and now serves as the architect of Community Life at Oak Hills Church in San Antonio serving on the senior staff with Max Lucado. He is also the founder of the Neighborhood Collective http://(www.neighborhoodcollective.org). Tom was married to his bride, Cami, in 1991, and they are the proud parents of eight children and two amazing daughters-in-law. They are about to add their first son-in-law in the fall.

Bruce Zachary has been a Jewish believer, Bible teacher, and pastor for more than a quarter century. Bruce is the author of sixteen books, and has served as director of the Calvary Church Planting Network [CCPN] a global church planting initiative. Since 1996, he is the founding and lead pastor of Calvary Nexus in Camarillo, Ca. He and Karen, his lovely bride have been married since 1991, and are blessed by their sons Joshua and Jonathan. They have a desire to see their community reached for Christ.

Lynn Cory leads Neighborhood Initiative, which brings together pastors and congregations to show the love of Jesus in neighborhoods where they live. He is author of Neighborhood Initiative and the Love of God and The Incarnational Church (with Lyle Randles). He served as the associate pastor of the Valley Vineyard in Reseda, California, from 1987 until April of 2015. Before that, he pastored a house church and was the college pastor at Grace Community Church in Panorama City, California. He and his wife, Jo, live in Porter Ranch, California and have three sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren.

Learn from experienced practitioners about the importance of rediscovering the Great Commandments to love God and your neighbors, some of the blessings, and the challenges and ways to overcome those obstacles. Rick Rusaw is the Lead Pastor at LifeBridge Church in Longmont, Colo. During his leadership, LifeBridge has become a strong community partner both locally and globally to provide mentoring for at-risk kids, foster care, and serving opportunities. These partnerships have increased community engagement and grown the church to more than 3,500 in attendance. Through his experiences, Rick has been led to assist churches and denominations worldwide develop an external focus for their church. These opportunities have allowed him to author several books along that theme, including Externally Focused Church, and The Neighboring Church.
