The Book of Acts is often called ‘The Acts of the Apostles' but it is more appropriately called “The Acts of the Holy Spirit’ as we see the Holy Spirit birth the church and then move out to impact the world.
The blueprint for this book is found in the words of Jesus in Acts 1:8, “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” And this what we we see as we move verse by verse and chapter by chapter in this book.
We’ve entitled this epic journey, ‘Momentum’ as we see what the Holy Spirit began to do and continues to do in the lives of those who walk in the Spirit.
