Have you ever gotten something and thought it was complete, but then you realized an important part was missing? Sometimes you don’t get the whole thing at once, the parts are sold separately. You could live your whole life as a believer and never receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit unless you are baptized in the Spirit.

If you’ve ever planted anything you know it takes some specific things for something to grow. You could use the best soil in the best sunlight, but without water, nothing will grow. Likewise, if you have solid and water but no sun nothing will grow.
