Historian and tour guide, Ronny Simon will be giving a virtual tour of Israel on May 2nd and 3rd. This is a great opportunity to learn about Israel for those who are not able to go to Israel. You can see the land where Jesus grew up and where the saints of old once walked. Ronny was born in Israel and his experience is sought after as one of the top tour guides in Israel. He will also be one of the guides on our upcoming trip to Israel in March, 2026. Pastor Jim will also be giving Bible studies about each site that Ronny covers at the end of each session.
Friday Night | Starting at 6pm
* Session 1: The Sea of Galilee, The Cradle of Christianity, Capernaum, Sermon on the Mount, Feeding of the 5,000, Magdala & boat ride on the Sea of Galilee
* Session 2: The Upper Jordan Valley, Sources of the Jordan River, Dan, Jeroboam's Temple, the ancient gate from Abraham's time, Caesarea Philippi, & Golan Heights along the Israel-Syria border.
Saturday (Lunch & Dinner Included) | Starting at 9am
* Session 3: Dead Sea, Masada, Ein Gedi, & Qumran
* Session 4: Jerusalem, Mount of Olives, Palm Sunday Road, Garden of Gethsemane, Lions Gate, Pool of Bethesda, Way of the Cross, Jewish Quarter, & Upper Room
* Session 5: Jerusalem, City of David, Heziekiah's Tunnel, Pool of Siloam, Pilgrim's Road, the Southern Steps (where Jesus healed a blind man), Western Wall, Temple Mount, & Western Wall Tunnel.
* Session 6: Israel Museum, Shrine of the Book, Scale Model of Jerusalem, the Knesset, the Menorah, Yad Vashem - Holocaust Museum, & the Garden Tomb.
This is a seminar that you will enjoy immensely as you see sites and sounds throughout the land of Israel. We’ll be holding this event in the comfort of the Sanctuary. We are offering all of this for $50 per person. This will bless Ronny, who is flying in from Israel, for his time showing and teaching us about the land, The cost will also cover the lunch and dinner that will be provided on Saturday.
