Second annual Men's Advance! Come join our men as we head deep into the Cascade mountains, located 20 or so miles west of Yakima on U.S. Highway 12. We will be offering a multitude of outdoor adventure actives such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, 4x4ing, canoeing, paintball, dirt biking, and even skeet shooting! Most of these are BYOG (Bring Your Own Gear). Camp starts on the evening of Friday, September 29 (we will be offering dinner this time) and ends Sunday, October 1 in the morning after brunch. Feel free to come over early and/or stay late after the retreat to get some more time in the mountains - hiking, dirt biking, mountain biking, fishing, or just enjoying God's creation. Our guest speaker is Ryan Williams. Ryan is the Lead Pastor of City on a Hill Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is married to Natasha and together they have two boys Jack (8) and Alec (6). Prior to becoming a pastor, Ryan worked as an Australian Federal Police officer in the Australian Outback and spent some of his time in that role catching and releasing venomous snakes.
