Inductive Bible Study (IBS) is designed to bring believers into a deeper understanding of God’s Word through an organized and systematic study of Scripture.  The goal of IBS is to ensure that God’s Word is the primary source of truth in the believer’s daily life. The basic purpose of the IBS method is to teach people how to study God’s Word in a logical, clear, and concise way, and to apply the Bible’s transforming truths to their life.

Specifically, IBS is a method for learning how to study the Bible and apply its truths to your life. We do this through learning the tools and skills to help us observe or see the facts in a Bible passage, explain their meaning, and then develop and bring forth transforming personal applications that are specific, measurable, and achievable by the individual.
