"Consistency" - Heb 13:7-16
We are only two sermons away from finishing the book of Hebrews! And chapter 13 offers the practical, day-to-day application of all we have already learned.
It is amazing how much things in our world have changed in the last 10....20....50 years. Fifty years ago, you could gas for .73 cents/gallon. Twenty years ago we still had to get movies at Blockbuster. And even just ten years you couldn't say, "Alexa, what is the weather for today in Palmyra, VA". Oh, and no Apple Watch either.
I think we also see changes in many, many other areas of life in America, and on planet Earth.
How would you answer the question, "Is the world changing too quickly for you?" Yes or no? If you say, "Yes", then you are in good company with about 8 out of every 10 people agreeing with you.
How do we manage to find "rest for our souls" in a rapidly changing world that affects even our spiritual or church lives? How important is consistency for human relationships? That's what is on the menu for this message, so come hungry, and...
...VIEW and SEE!!!
