Ray Carter is the senior pastor of Redemption Hill Calvary Chapel in Lake Havasu, Arizona. He is the father of our worship leader and Asst. Pastor Zech Carter.

From Pastor Carter: The Lord grabbed a hold of Leisa and I in 1989 & 1990 respectively. We are so thankful for His salvation and impact in our lives and family. We have been blessed with 5 children and are so grateful to have had seasons of working in ministry together with each one of them. All but our youngest are now married to wonderful spouses. We also have 8 grandkids and counting. What a joy it is to be pastoring with the family of God here at R.H since 1996. God’s faithfulness is unsurpassed!

Beginning in 2010, he then took on the responsibility of Campus Pastor before assuming Sunday teaching duties in the Fall of 2011. When Calvary316 finally became an independent church on January 1, 2013 Zach left his role at CalvaryCSM to become the Senior Pastor. In 2016, Zach launched a radio program titled, “Outlaw Radio” that has today morphed into a livestream show and podcast. He is happily married to Jessica and they have three children Quincy, Theodore, and Mabel.
