Moses has died and Joshua is now leading Israel into the Promised Land, in preparation for this Joshua in spending time with The Lord, was told by The Lord, three times “to be strong and courageous”. When God tells us something like this it’s a forewarning that what’s to come is not going to be easy but very difficult, therefore you are going to have to stand in the strength and courage of Him > Zech 4:6- “It’s not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit says The Lord of Hosts”, this is what Joshua is going to need to rely upon in leading Israel.
