"Calvary Burlington exists to make disciples who make disciples who love God, love people and serve their world." If you've attended Calvary for any length of time you have likely heard this spoken from the pulpit, read it on a poster, or seen it printed on our sign in the foyer. Simply stated: we want to follow the commandments of Jesus as we live out our faith. One of the principle elements of our faith is our commitment to prayer. In this prayer guide we've given you a short devotional to read with some accompanying Scripture, plus some space to journal your thoughts and record your prayers. It is laid out for a five-week plan of prayer; you might use it as five concurrent weeks of personal devotion, or you can intersperse it with other devotional materials you are already working on. No matter how you choose to use it, this is designed to get you into God's Word and thinking about how it applies to your life. If you'd like a hard copy of the devotional snail-mailed to you, let us know; we'd be happy to do so.

Today's message looks at Peter's failure and God's faithfulness. YouTube and our livestream software were having some issues, so we apologize for the fact that the sound and video aren't synched -- God is still able to do great things according to His power, even when computers glitch :)
