July 19, 2020

Hi CB Families, Mike here, Here are some sheets you can print for your preschooler to help them stay engaged in the service. We're premiering the kids min videos at 9:00 am on Sundays, so your kids will have time to watch their own Bible lessons before "Big People" church begins at 10:00 am.

Register to Regather September 13

As we continue to make plans to regather, we have a registration link where you can let us know you’ll be coming. It true… church registration seems like an odd concept but because we have to ensure physical distancing, we need to make sure that we are not over our capacity. At the moment, we have space for approximately 35 people to attend the service. Masks are required as well as physical distancing. Kids Ministry may be available later in September, depending on the recommendations from the government and health agencies. If we receive more than 35 people then those over and above that number will automatically be registered for the following week’s service. We’ll contact you to let you know. Thanks for continuing to pray for the church and the church family during this unprecedented time.

Prayer Guide

"Calvary Burlington exists to make disciples who make disciples who love God, love people and serve their world." If you've attended Calvary for any length of time you have likely heard this spoken from the pulpit, read it on a poster, or seen it printed on our sign in the foyer. Simply stated: we want to follow the commandments of Jesus as we live out our faith. One of the principle elements of our faith is our commitment to prayer. In this prayer guide we've given you a short devotional to read with some accompanying Scripture, plus some space to journal your thoughts and record your prayers. It is laid out for a five-week plan of prayer; you might use it as five concurrent weeks of personal devotion, or you can intersperse it with other devotional materials you are already working on. No matter how you choose to use it, this is designed to get you into God's Word and thinking about how it applies to your life. If you'd like a hard copy of the devotional snail-mailed to you, let us know; we'd be happy to do so.
