Your body can’t grow and live unless you eat. In the same way, your faith, character, and maturity will not grow unless you seek to know God beyond church. Jesus set the example for us by living a life that was always focused on God’s presence. Whatever God was saying, Jesus said. Whatever God was wanting to do, Jesus did. This was His lifestyle.

Knowing God beyond a church event is the lifestyle we are created to live. In this lifestyle, we practice recognizing God’s presence as we go about our day, attempting to say what He is saying and do what He is doing anywhere we are. Whether we're at home, work, or running errands, we’re always cultivating a life that has fellowship with God.
