Here's to the Sinners
Jesus did more than associate, he welcomed and received sinners. Who is at your table? • March 10, 2019 • Brandon Cole
Jesus did more than associate, he welcomed and received sinners. As Luke says it, "Notorious sinners..." What got Jesus in the most trouble was who he welcomed to the table. In fact, what precedes some of the most famous parables on seeking and saving the lost (ie Prodigal Son) is Jesus welcoming "tax collectors and notorious sinners" to the table. Listen as Ps Brandon unpacks the first two verses of Luke 15 and challenges us in the way we love and receive people.
Unity was and is Jesus' prayer for the church and the greatest witness to who He is.
