We’ve been walking through the story of Abraham. First, we learned he had to Let Go and have faith, give up his power and possessions in life, he had to Wait and finally he learns that he must Surrender.

Or perhaps it's waiting to speak until you've thought your words through. Not waiting, when God tells us to Wait, it comes with a price, We miss out on God's best and His plan for us.

Despite your age, your knowledge or your experience we always have a lot to learn. When it comes to our life of faith, we assume that we have it mastered. You've been following Jesus for 30 year, were raised in the church and know prominent members of the church. When we listen to sermons, we always think of someone else it applies. It never occurs to us that it might apply to us. We have to recognize, that when we adopt that sort of attitude, our faith it dead. Is there something you still have yet to learn?
