Series Synopsis

Just like our culture, the Bible places great importance on money. In fact, it teaches us that the way we view, gain and use money has even far greater impact and consequences than what people generally believe, whether for good or for bad, both for this life and the next. So don't just work for your money, make your money work for you.

1. Be Honest

We desire everyone to act with integrity in their financial dealings with us, yet on the other hand, we don’t always deal honestly with other people. We need more than merely negative consequences or moral convictions to overcome dishonesty. In this message, we learn how Christianity provides us the strength we need to be honest.

2. Be Secure

Most of us want a lot more money than we have because we believe that will bring us greater security. This is a myth. Not only will trusting in money fail to provide true security and distort our perspective, there is in fact a better way to meet our need for security, whether we have much or little money.
