Why Easter Matters

Luke 24:5-6

April 24, 2011 • Pastor Ronald H. Gann

Like it or not, we are all suffering from a terminal disease. And unless the Lord returns beforehand, we will all going to have a date with destiny. But because Jesus rose from the dead, we don’t have to spend our lives fearing death or denying it. We may not look forward to death, but we do not have to live our lives in the fear of it. Christ has overcome death and he promises us victory over it. Death for a believer is not the end of the road, rather it is merely a bend in the highway.

In this collection of holiday sermons, Pastor Ronald H. Gann looks at the accounts of Christmas and Easter and expounds upon what each holiday means to those who have put their trust in Jesus Christ.
