When it comes to the fruit of kindness (as well as the fruit of goodness), the law of cause and effect applies. Our outward kindness is what our inward goodness causes. Or, said another way, our kind deeds outwardly stem from a good heart inwardly—both of which are induced by the Holy Spirit in the life of a submissive and obedient believer. It's a supernatural process inasmuch as it is a growth process. Are you a submissive and obedient Christian that shows godly kindness to others?
