The second chapter of Mark opens with a story about forgiveness. Jesus healed a paralytic lowered down on a stretcher from the roof of Peter's home. But before Jesus made the man rise and walk, he first publicly forgave his sins for all those in attendance to hear. 02 - The Path Preparer

John the Baptist was sent by God to prepare the Jewish people for the arrival of Jesus Christ. But how, exactly, did he do that?
