Harold Hull will be bringing the message “Here I Am Lord” as he preaches today’s Sunday morning message.

Today we will be looking at the life of two men from the early church: Ananias and Paul. Paul and Ananias are great examples of living this life here on earth in light of Eternity.

We will hopefully walk away encouraged and challenged in how we approach God with our plans and our lives.

Abiding in the Vine

June 30, 2024 • Jason Funk • John 15:1–8

This morning we welcome Jason and Charity Funk along with their family! The Funks are a family of 8 and are on pre-field with ABWE. They recently returned from serving in Togo West Africa and are preparing to serve in Central and South America. While in Africa, the Funks worked on a hospital compound and evangelized and discipled those in the Kabiye and Ewe tribes. They utilized their skills in aviation, maintenance, construction, and MK education to make an impact while in West Africa. Jason and Charity’s mission looking ahead is to use aviation and biblical training to equip national pastors to evangelize and plant churches in the Caribbean Basin area.

ABF- Kenya Trip Report

We have been supporting a missionary project with Timau Church, a member of the Mt. Kenya Fellowship for several years called Timau Community Outreach. None of us had ever been to Kenya to see what was happening with that project, so we recently made a trip to Kenya to catch up on what is going on with the Mt Kenya Fellowship and to evaluate potential future projects with the fellowship there.

A Test of Faith

This morning, we welcome Jonathan Rust as he brings a final report of his missions work in Portugal. Jon has started a number of churches in Portugal and has also been heavily involved in leadership training. We can celebrate with Jon and his wife Cindy as they just got married a few weeks ago! They are praying about a possible part-time ministry that they can both be involved in later in the year. Visit our missionary wall for an update that Jon sent out in January about God’s answers to prayer and for ways to pray for he and his family.
