Sin in the garden brought death and decay but Jesus in heaven "will make all things new." This message focuses on 3 “news” that will take place with Jesus in the new heaven.

When Heaven Arrived

In the Christmas story, the angels told the shepherds, "I bring you good news of GREAT JOY that will be for all the people." This “GREAT JOY for all people” is not centered on a DAY but on a PERSON. This message relates the "great joy" the angels described with the parable of the hidden treasure. The treasure of heaven, through Jesus, is greater than any earthly treasure.

When Heaven Announced

Isaiah 7:14 says, "...the Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means ‘God is with us’)." The mystery and awe of the Christmas story is centered on the virgin birth. This message looks to answer the question, why the Virgin birth?

When Heaven Separated

The Christmas story is the story of heaven coming down to earth. This message looks at how God never intended to "leave" earth and be separated from mankind. Sin brought separation but Jesus came and restored us to a right relationship with God.
