Did You Receive the Holy Spirit When You Believed?

In Acts 19, the Apostle Paul asks 12 disciples of John the Baptist, did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed? They answered no. They had only experienced the baptism of John and not the baptism of the Spirit. Jesus was the missing piece in their religious pursuit. Paul shares Jesus and they believe and receive the Holy Spirit. This message asks the same question, did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?
