Day 1: Priceless

ACTION STEPS 1) Answer these questions on a blank piece of paper: What are the lies (the mud) that the enemy has been slinging at you (via your own mind or others)? Which lies have been the most painful (sticking)? Who told you that lie? I guarantee you it wasn’t God. 2) Cross out the lies and label them as lies! 3) Download and review the list of Priceless Scriptures in this lesson and choose which one(s) refute the painful lies, write it down and POST IT EVERYWHERE! 4) Share the old lie and the scripture you chose in your group, or with someone you trust! Day 2: Chosen

ACTION STEPS 1) Write 3 positive traits God created in your personality. * Examples: caring, generous, encouraging, smart, strategic, analytical. 2) Look in the mirror and claim those positive traits! “God made me to be…” 3) Choose to accept the body God chose for you – especially the parts you don’t appreciate. *Actively choose each one of your body parts from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. *Examples: “I choose to accept this hair God chose for me.” “I choose to accept this forehead God chose for me.” 4) Share about your experience in your group or with someone you trust! Day 3: Loved

ACTION STEPS 1) Have a pamper date with God. This is a gift, from God. Receive it as a gift from Him. Examples: Take a bath Give yourself a pedicure Take a nap, go to bed early Cancel a meeting and read a book Stay in the bathroom away from the kids for an extra 5 minutes while you jam out to your favorite tunes & have a dance party. Do nothing! Sit in silence for 30 minutes 2) Share about your experience in your group or with someone you trust! Please Note: Serenity University has become Bloom-U!

Day 4: Seen

ACTION STEPS 1) Walk around indoors with sunglasses on for 20-30 minutes tonight. This is how you see others and others see you – through dark lenses, not truthfully as God sees you! 2) Adorn yourself with something that belongs on someone priceless. Examples: Put on a ball gown & take selfies Wear that expensive bracelet Make a paper crown and draw rubies on it Straighten your hair Change up your make up 3) Share about your experience in your group or with someone you trust!

Day 5: Repeat

ACTION STEPS 1) Repeat, repeat, repeat for the next 24-hours: I am chosen. I am loved. I am seen. 2) Choose an item or piece of artwork in your home that will remind you each time you look at it, that you are chosen, loved, and seen! 3) Share about your experience in your group or with someone you trust!
