Every year, churches like yours host numerous paid events—summer camps, mission trips, conferences, and more—that inspire and connect your community. But when it comes to paying larger registration fees, these opportunities can sometimes feel out of reach for many.

While Subsplash Giving makes it easy to process and collect payments for these events, we understand that the financial burden of larger payments can prevent some members from participating. That’s why we're thrilled to introduce Partial Payments—a new way to make your events more accessible to everyone!

Partial Payments is the newest release on the Subsplash Platform, making paid event registrations easier and more flexible than ever! 

Whether you’re organizing mission trips, conferences, or other higher-priced events, your registrants can pay in multiple installments rather than all at once. Want to see how it works? Watch the demo!

ENHANCED EVENT REGISTRATION 

Flexible payments

Event registrants can now opt to pay some or all of the total event registration due, and they can even put zero money down if they want to pay later.

Simple reminders

Admins can quickly see who has a remaining balance and easily send email reminders so event registrants can make additional payments.

Easy to pay

When a registrant has a remaining balance they will get a dedicated URL where they can make payments at any time. Plus, the URL is sharable so that others can contribute payments towards the registration total, which is perfect for mission trips and other group-funded events!

Key features

Registration deposits

Admins can set up a minimum payment amount for paid tickets, letting users pay a minimum deposit—or even nothing at all—and pay down their remaining balance at a later date.

Primary contact

Users can select a primary contact who will receive payment reminders and event update emails when necessary. This contact can be an existing contact who is attending the event or someone else entirely. 

Updated guest list

Now admins can see at a glance the guest list for their upcoming events, including payment status, ticket type, and primary contact. 

Mark as paid 

When someone pays their installments with cash or check, admins can mark outstanding balances as “Paid,” include a note of the non-digital payment, and close out any outstanding balances as they see fit.
