Prayer requests should be simple for your community to share and find. Encourage a culture of prayer through Subsplash Messaging by posting a prayer request to any channel or by finding previously submitted requests in the “Prayer” tab. No more scrolling through dozens of messages to track down a buried prayer request—they’re now in one central place, making it easier than ever to keep your community's needs top of mind.
Subsplash Messaging now supports both private and public channels! Channels set to “public” allow anyone to join directly, meaning your new users can jump in right away to experience effortless communication that builds connections.
Polls are yet another way that Subsplash Messaging is driving authentic engagement in your mobile app! Users can now easily create a poll in any channel, allowing everyone to participate by submitting their answers or preferences. Whether you’re planning a meal or a fun outing—or gathering details around community group or volunteer availability—polls make it simple to gather real-time feedback and make decisions together as a group.
Need to send resources to your small group or send some information that’s too lengthy for one message? Now with Subsplash Messaging, you can send files directly to a channel. This means discussion questions, curriculum, and more can now be sent in any message, connecting your community to the resources they need to engage.
With direct messaging, your app users can now communicate with one another outside of established channels, enabling meaningful conversations that build community. It’s simple to start a new direct message with anyone else in the app, creating opportunities to connect without having to adhere to a channel’s intended purpose.
The Subsplash Dashboard is designed to make your life simple by being the central place to manage all of your content and watch it populate on your custom mobile app, TV app, and website with no extra work. And now with Subsplash Messaging, you can add or remove users, create and manage channels, and so much more right from the Subsplash Dashboard!
Members can now respond to individual messages with suggested emoji for an even more engaging experience. Just “tap-and-hold” a message to select an emoji reaction to laugh, give a thumbs up, or tell someone you’re praying for them.
In addition to reacting to a message, users can now reply directly to an individual message in a channel. Replying in a thread is a great way to discuss topics in detail without cluttering the conversation, and replies make discussions easier to keep track of!
Sharing web content is even easier with link previews! Now when you send a message that includes a link, a preview will automatically be generated for the channel to see.
