Now with People, you have the most up-to-date information about each person engaging with your church. Both admins and individual users can maintain profiles, giving your team more time to connect with people in real life, instead of getting bogged down with tedious data entry.

GET A PULSE ON YOUR CHURCH

Why is people management so important? By knowing exactly who is a part of your community, pastors and church leaders can gain an even better understanding of what people need and how to best guide them along the discipleship journey. 

Plus, having up-to-date contact and demographic information is important for outreach. With People, you also have the tools you need to keep your community informed about events or groups they might be interested in. For example, a young mother might be interested in information about women’s ministry, childcare opportunities, Vacation Bible School, and more. 

NEW FEATURES TO DEEPEN CONNECTIONS

Admins can:

• Create a new profile

• Search for an existing profile
• Update profile information, including name, email address, phone, physical address, date of birth, marital status, and gender
• View a list of users and their email addresses
• View an end user’s Subsplash Giving profile
• And more!

End users can:

• View and update their profile information, including name, email address, phone, physical address, date of birth, marital status, and gender

• Update their profile photo
• Track what percentage of their profile is complete
