Frances Payton (@speakfran ) is one who does not dim her God-giving light. Her personality is one that is radiant and striking to all she meets. She has been in the Air Force for nine years, and services as an active duty Air Force medical tech in the Hampton and Newport News area.
Being stationed in places such as South Korea, Texas, and Afghanistan. Tending to high-risk patients, she has allowed her light to shine in the darkest of places. Her light is the byproduct of her fire for God, she has the heart of a true evangelist. Not only is she a light but also avid speaker and communicator that influences and transcends multi-generational audiences.
From speaking to middle school students about career goals in her hometown to sharing her testimony of deliverance from homosexuality to thousands on the Christian broadcast network, the 700 club, Frances has always been instrumental in the hand of God.

You get Tiffany Hines. There's no denying the power, inspiration, and storytelling lyrics that provoke forward movement to her diverse audience. She's no stranger to the platform, performing on many stages as a worship leader, artist, songwriter, and sharing her songs at local, national, and international events. You can expect hope-filled music, that tells the stories of the marginalized, captures the greatness of love & relationships, with creative spontaneous audience engagement. She is a prophetic voice with a deep love for Jesus, music, singing, writing, and people of all walks of life. Music is the avenue she uses to connect and bring awareness of just how near God is to the human spirit. Tiffany is currently working on new music for her first solo project!

Chrystal Hurst @chrystalhurst is an energetic, fun-loving “girl-next-door” who loves to encourage other women in fulfilling their full potential in Christ. Chrystal firmly believes God’s promise in Jeremiah 29:11, “I know the plans that I have for you…” and she desires to help other Christian women believe and apply that truth to their lives. Chrystal is a gifted writer, speaker, and worship leader. Being the eldest child of Dr. Tony and Lois Evans, Chrystal been surrounded by the Word of God her entire life. As a member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, Chrystal assists her mom in leading the women’s ministry and loves to encourage women toward a deeper relationship with the Lord. Chrystal has recently co-authored a book, Kingdom Woman, with her dad. You can also find Chrystal writing on her blog—Chrystal’s Chronicles—where she poignantly reflects her thoughts about her faith and day-to-day experiences. Most importantly, Chrystal is a dedicated wife and homeschooling mother of five. She considers herself to be the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of the Hurst household. Chrystal and her husband, Jessie reside in a small town just outside of Dallas, Texas.
