Episode 39: United We Stand for Life with special guest Jeanne Mancini.

January 15, 2021 • Cissie Graham Lynch and Jeanne Mancini

UPDATE: March For Life organizers have decided to make the 2021 March a virtual event. The decision was announced on the afternoon of January 15, after this episode of Fearless was recorded and posted. Make plans to join from the VIRTUAL March for Life from your home, your office, or wherever you are on January 29, 2021.

The pro-life issue isn’t reserved for certain people — it is a fight that concerns us all and one we can all take part in. My heart was convicted of this last year after attending the March for Life for the first time. It’s a day which changed my life. It’s easy to be in the fight when the current administration is also fighting for life, but there are people and organizations that have been on the front lines even when it’s been hard. One of those people is Jeanne Mancini, the president of March for Life and a fierce pro-life advocate.

In this episode of Fearless I had the privilege of speaking with Jeanne about the organization March for Life, and how it’s actively fighting for the rights of the unborn. I hope you are encouraged to join the fight by attending the virtual March for Life event on January 29, 2021. marchforlife.com

The Lies of I’s—Seeking Godly Wisdom Instead of Selfish Ambition

Cissie Graham Lynch

We live in a society that tells us that selfishness and self-centeredness are okay so that we can be happy, successful, and feel important. But, the world is full of foolish, evil, and demonic wisdom.   We need to be cautious of what we are looking to and where we are looking for truth and guidance.   This all goes back to knowing what you believe and why you believe it. We will never be enough and find true fulfillment if we aren’t relying on godly wisdom and truth. If you are acting with humility and seeking Heavenly discernment, the lies of this world will have a harder time taking hold on your heart.   Listen to the latest episode of the #FearlessPodcast where I look at the “Lies of I’s”—Wise instead if I’s—and where we should look for fulfillment and wisdom in our lives.   For more resources and additional episodes visit https://cissiegrahamlynch.com.

The Lies of I’s—When “I Want” Becomes “I Need”

Cissie Graham Lynch

How often do you find yourself saying, “I need;” confusing a want or desire with something that really is not essential? We live in a world that’s both consumed and fed by the social media algorithm showing all the beautiful things others have and places they go. It makes us think: I need new shoes. I need caffeine. I need to make more money. So, what happens when we don’t find contentment in what we have? What happens when our dissatisfaction grows?   Listen to the latest episode of the #FearlessPodcast where I look at the dangerous “Lies of I’s”—I Need—and a challenge of three practical ways we can practice contentment.   For more resources and additional episodes visit https://cissiegrahamlynch.com.

The Lies of I’s—Do I believe the lie that “I Am Enough?”

Cissie Graham Lynch

“I Am Enough.” This “Lies of I’s” is one that we see everywhere—on t-shirts, coffee cups, and it’s even the title of a children’s book. It’s meant as an encouragement – especially in this world of comparison. But what really happens when we follow this advice and rely solely on ourselves? And, how can we teach our children to find strength through faith instead of how the world defines?   Listen to the latest episode of the #FearlessPodcast where I look at the dangerous “Lies of I’s”—I Am Enough—and where our strength should ultimately come from.   For more resources and additional episodes visit https://cissiegrahamlynch.com.
