Simply put, we want to preach Bible messages in a Bible kind of way. If it is a narrative passage, we preach the story. When it is prophetic, we declare the oracles of God. As we cross into the epistles, we teach the principles. But in all of the various genres of the Bible, we never want to lose the sense that we are communicating eternal truth to people who need gospel transformation. To that end, we are determined to let the passage God unveils before us drive both the content and the manner of the preaching.
