Dear Praying Friends,
Thank you for praying for me as I traveled to Equatorial Guinea. This is one of the smallest countries on the African continent, located between Cameroon and Gabon on the western coastline and is unique in that it is the only country in Africa that speaks Spanish! Sadly, there is very little Gospel influence in this little-known country.
The Lord indeed blessed and gave a rewarding trip! As mentioned in our last prayer letter, I came with a new missionary from Honduras, Central America, who had been won to Christ and trained by a BIMI missionary there. He wanted to use his knowledge of Spanish in Africa.
Many years ago, a missionary had been in Equatorial Guinea, but had to leave soon after starting a church. How exciting it was for this young church to hear of the new missionary coming to be their pastor! Kindly add Missionary Isaac Amaya to your prayer list.
Elsewhere in our former ministries in Kenya, torrential rains have caused much damage to infrastructure as well as to some churches and pastors' homes. However, the rains have supplied enough water for baptisms! Two hundred and twenty-five decisions for Christ have been made with eighty-seven baptisms! To God be the glory!
Until all nations hear,
Eric Bohman
