As a people of the exile we are called to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and pursue a life of holiness because of what Jesus has done for us.
Jesus, the Chief Shepherd, ordains undershepherds to shepherd the flock. They are to do this through feeding, leading, and protecting them.
As Christians, when we suffer, we have the opportunity to "glorify God in that name." This means Biblical lamenting to the Lord.
