The Longest Night Service

December 21, 2021

This service has a long history in the Christian tradition for being held on or around Winter Solstice. Everyone is welcome, especially those who may find this to be a difficult time of year. We will gather in the sanctuary and online to acknowledge the darkness of this season and, through song, scripture, readings, and prayer, we will name and reflect on some of our losses this year. We will hold these burdens together in the comfort of one another and God’s presence.
