Being a teenager is really difficult, it can be even more difficult being the parent of one. In this message, we will encourage students to live for Jesus and will help parents to know how to encourage them through these difficult years.

Each generation makes an impact on our culture but also on the church. They have an opportunity to lead by example and mentor the coming generation. If we aren't careful we will focus on the differences of our generations instead of what we have in common. We will look down on other generations because they don't do things the way we do them and don't live the way we live. To be a mentoring generation means we speak wisdom instead of criticism and to show love instead of condemnation.
