All of us are fascinated with the idea of being a superhero with some secret superpowers. We love the idea of being able to bust out of average person status to take on an impossible situation, a terrible injustice or incredible danger. This week we will look at the secret superpowers given to those who follow Jesus, to accomplish something...INCREDIBLE!

Each generation makes an impact on our culture but also on the church. They have an opportunity to lead by example and mentor the coming generation. If we aren't careful we will focus on the differences of our generations instead of what we have in common. We will look down on other generations because they don't do things the way we do them and don't live the way we live. To be a mentoring generation means we speak wisdom instead of criticism and to show love instead of condemnation.
