We often put Superstars and Heroes in the same category; but superstars and heroes are different. Superstars are attracted to fame and a following. Heroes strive to do what is right by faithfulness and sacrifice. From Hebrews 3:1-6, Dr. John presents Jesus as the ultimate hero of history and humanity. He is worthy of all worship.

Unbelief and Hardened Hearts

Every day, you are warned about something. Yellow lines, highway signs, workplace notices, weather forecasts. In fact, we receive so many, we can become numb to them. Dr. John points us to Hebrews 3:7-12 as God's warning that must not be ignored. The matters of eternity are too vital to disregard. In this 5-week series, Dr. John preaches from Hebrews 2 and 3 which point to the supremacy of Jesus Christ. While each believer will readily confess the infinite worth of our Lord, Dr. John reminds us that His worth becomes our salvation, confidence, hope and joy.
