"Discerning the Voice of God" is designed to help believers recognize and respond to God's guidance in their daily lives. The study explores how God speaks—through Scripture, the Holy Spirit, circumstances, and other believers—and teaches practical ways to tune in to His voice with clarity and confidence. Shirer emphasizes the importance of obedience, spiritual maturity, and intimacy with God as key components of hearing Him more clearly. The study includes personal reflection, group discussion, and practical application.

This Bible study is open to both men and women.
