R&R 201 is a time to develop and prepare for the moments when we have the opportunity to share the hope we have in Christ with those we work alongside. The unique experiences we encounter as first responders often lead to challenging questions and meaningful conversations with our coworkers. Tier 1 helped us understand our foundation. Tier 2 focuses on how to stand firm on that foundation.
