This application is for vendors and non-profits who are wishing to sell crafts and other items or have a table to represent their organization at Arvada United Methodist Church's Dickens Christmas Experience Market on Saturday, December 5, 2026 from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm. In addition to the Market, the Dickens experience will include live concerts by numerous community and church musical groups, theatrical experiences, children's games and activities, and purchasable meals and snacks.

The cost for a table at the market is:

$80 Regular Rate

$50 for and non-profit organizations wanting to sell and/or advertise their services

Additional $15 to be in the Center

Additional $10 to have Electricity

Please note: For your fee, you will be provided with an 8 foot long table and two chairs. All of your items must fit on, below or directly behind your table.

Payment must be received in order to hold a space.

Setup is available on Friday, December 4th between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm or on December 5th between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
