Separate to Arise

January 29, 2023 • Pastor Ty Austin • 1 Corinthians 2:9, Isaiah 60, Genesis 12:1–5, Genesis 13:5–9, Genesis 13:14–17

Just as Abram was told to leave his family and his country, sometimes we are called to separate from certain people/habits/things so that we can arise in our new season. Like Abram, sometimes we have a "Lot" to lose. Total obedience is worth the price because we never know what God has for us on the other side.

Isaiah 60

Genesis 12:1-5

Genesis 13:5-9

Genesis 13:14-17

1 Corinthians 2:9

Let Hope Arise

February 26, 2023 • Pastor Bill Gross

Today was a sweet time of honoring the ministry and legacy of Hope Chapel over the last 30 years. It was great to hug the necks of so many old friends and Hope Chapel family. Founding Pastor Bill Gross shared a word from Nehemiah about the importance of humility and dependence on the Lord and sent us off with a blessing into our new season as Arise Church!

The Way to Increase

February 19, 2023 • Pastor Ty Austin

God called Isaac to a specific land. He promised Isaac if he would dwell there, God would be with him and bless him. Isaac believed God, sowed in that land and reaped a hundredfold. Isaac could have sewed the same seed in a different land and not seen the same blessing due to being in the wrong place. What land has God called you to? Are you dwelling there? In what ways has God asked you to sew into that land? Isaiah 60:1-5 Genesis 26:1-24 Joshua 1:8-9

The Way of Decrease

February 12, 2023 • Pastor Ty Austin

While watching John the Baptist ministering for God in the wilderness, the crowd began to wonder if he was someone important, perhaps even the Messiah. But anytime attention was given, he was quick to deflect it to Jesus, the One he preached about and the true Messiah. John understood a great Kingdom principle: God must increase, but we must decrease. Isaiah 60:1-5 Luke 3:1-6, 15-17 John 3:22-30 2 Samuel 6:12-23
