How does your tomorrow look different with a heart that believes that your purpose in whatever context you find yourself in is to glorify God? 3. In what ways do you tend to operate under the fear of man (the need for man’s approval). What are some of the tangible signs that this is the state of your heart? How might the gospel of Jesus be applied to this?

When or at what points in your life does it mean the most to you that you are child of God…chosen…adopted…dearly loved…richly blessed? When or at what points in your life is it the most meaningful to you that you are a servant of the King? When or at what points in your life is it most meaningful to you that you are sent out? Why do you think this is? Do you struggle with any of these? Why? 3. What is an area of our life where you struggle to obey Jesus? Answering the following questions might help you with this specific area. It would help to do this with a small group of people around you.
 -What lie are you believing from the enemy or what truth are you failing to believe?
 -Who or what are you looking to as your savior, hope, comfort, redeemer above Jesus?

Would you say that you have joy? Why or why not? What are the events or seasons in your life when you have been most grateful for God’s salvation? What are the events or seasons in your life when you cried out to God the most? Is it possible that there is a connection? 3. What is your identity? Who or what defines you? What instigates the greatest amount of joy and or concern in your life? Can you relate to the exhaustion that comes from placing your identity in anything other than God? Have you ever felt the exhaustion that comes from hiding? What does this look like for you?

When do you feel leas loved by God? How often do you dwell on the promises of God? What does it really mean that God is with us?
