Ep. 2 | The People of Southern Asia are Hungry for the Gospel | God's Word to the World

God's Word to the World

April 25, 2021 • Morgan Jackson

Of the 7,140 languages in the world, 2,500 have at least a New Testament that has been translated into their language, and another 1,000 have some portion of the Bible in their language. The rest have nothing. In fact, for some languages, the work of translation has not even begun.

Yet even where a translation of the Bible does exist, translators have discovered that often there are very few who are able to read it. In this episode, we visit countries in South America to hear how God’s Word, placed on a solar-powered device called a Proclaimer, is reaching people who are anxious to hear God’s Word, and eagerly respond to the Good News about Jesus.
