In today’s world, there are so many pressures on us... People are busy, rushing around to get things done as quickly as possible and on their own. This often comes at a huge cost on our family life, relationships and even our health.

There will always be decisions to be made, actions that need to be taken, and sometimes a need for urgency... Understand that you are not alone and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. We serve a mighty God who is ready, willing and able to do the impossible... Slow down and spend time with Him each day, before anything else. Read your Bible, pray to Him and ask Him to guide you through your busy day.

Take a deep breath and put Jesus first - trust Him because He knows a better way.
