This is the application form for organizations and businesses interested in hosting a booth at Anderson Community Day, hosted at the Community Center @ AFC (2301 Meridian Street, Anderson, IN 46011) on November 9, 2024. This registration is NOT for the chili cook-off business/organization/non-profit division.

Applications will be taken into consideration and response will be given within two weeks of receiving the information. No MLM applications will be considered for this event.

Vendors will be inside unless other arrangements are made and will be given a 10x10 space to set-up.
